All digital products, consultations, and services are considered delivered and fulfilled once access is granted, a session is scheduled, or the consultation has taken place, whichever occurs first.

All purchases of digital products and consultations are final and non-refundable.

If a consultation is scheduled, you are responsible for attending at the agreed-upon date and time. You must provide at least 24 hours advance notice to reschedule an appointment.
