Flower essences and essential oils are quite different. While essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts with strong scents, flower essences are unscented and contain only the energetic essence of flowers. Flower essences are used to support emotional well-being rather than for aromatherapy.

Flower essences can be taken orally by placing drops under the tongue or adding them to water, or they can be sprayed around a room. Our blends are made with a base of vegetable glycerin and water, with 1-10 drops of “stock essences” added for each custom blend. Stock essences are traditionally preserved with a small amount of brandy, similar to vanilla extract, resulting in a minimal level of alcohol in the final product. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. While the ingredients in Be Calm Solutions products are generally regarded as safe, please consult your healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or being treated for any physical or mental health condition.

Yes, flower essences are gluten-free and free from common allergens. Our blends are also fragrance-free and suitable for most dietary restrictions.

People’s experiences with flower essences vary. Some may feel a subtle shift within a few hours, while for others, it may take a few days or weeks of regular use to notice results. Flower essences work gently and gradually, supporting overall well-being.

Our custom blends are personalized to address your unique needs, based on a short consultation to understand your specific goals, whether it’s finding calm, focus, or emotional support. In contrast, our monthly subscription blends are pre-formulated and designed to support a general theme each month—like Joyful January or Grateful November—to bring seasonal inspiration and wellness into your routine. Both options are crafted with the same care and attention to quality, so you can choose what best fits your lifestyle and wellness goals.

Each blend is custom-made to meet your unique goals and can’t be resold, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Thank you for understanding.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

To avoid problems involved with P.O. boxes, please provide a residential address.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] (Be Calm Solutions' parent company) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at at [email protected] (Be Calm Solutions' parent company) with your name and order number so we can attempt to locate it.
